Tasks

Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets across DACH & the Netherlands

Lead and develop the Global Sales and Key Account Management team with full performance accountability

Drive sustainable business growth in Softlines, Hardlines, Toys, and Electrical product categories

Expand new business opportunities with retailers, importers, and brands while strengthening existing key accounts

Sell the full service portfolio (testing, inspections, audits, sustainability services) and manage strategic customer engagements

Collaborate closely with Global CPS Sales Managers and sourcing regions to implement multi-regional account strategies

Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify growth potential and enhance market positioning

Represent the company at industry events and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Sales, or a related field

Minimum 8 years of experience in the consumer products or testing/inspection industry, preferably in DACH
-
Proven success in Sales and Key Account Management within complex, multi-regional environments

Strong understanding of consumer goods production cycles and international regulatory requirements

Experience in pricing, margin management, and selling technical service portfolios

Established network with retailers, brands, and industry stakeholders in DACH & the Netherlands preferred

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with strong customer focus

Fluent in German and English with high professionalism and entrepreneurial mindset
