Vendor Inspection Coordinator
 

Your Tasks 

  • Demonstrated experience as a Vendor Inspection Coordinator, managing over 50 active work orders concurrently across multiple projects. 

  • Strong background in vendor inspection, manufacturing inspection, expediting, and site inspection coordination for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Energy projects. 

  • Proven ability to coordinate inspections across multiple global regions, working closely with manufacturers, inspection agencies, and clients. 

  • Familiar with inspection activities related to pressure vessels, piping, valves, tanks, structural steel, as well as FAT, SAT, and pre-shipment inspections. 

  • Good working knowledge of international codes and standards such as ASME, API, AWS, ASTM, and ISO. 

  • Full understanding of contract scope, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Quality Plans, and Purchase Order requirements. 

  • Ensures inspection activities are executed strictly in accordance with approved documents and contractual obligations. 

  • Skilled in reviewing inspection reports for technical accuracy, completeness, and compliance with approved ITPs, applicable codes, standards, and client requirements. 

  • Ensures all inspection documentation is corrected, approved, and transmitted to the client promptly. 

  • Strong attention to detail to prevent non-conformities, commercial disputes, or client complaints. 

 

Skills Required  

  • Excellent English communication skills across listening, speaking, reading, and writing. 

  • Strong computer literacy, including MS Office, reporting systems, and document control platforms. 

  • Proven ability to work under pressure, manage tight schedules, and support fast-track Oil & Gas projects. 

  • Exceptional coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills to address technical and operational challenges. 

  • Professional interface with clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring project continuity and protecting technical and commercial interests. 

 Your Qualifications and Skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering. 

  • Minimum 10+ years of proven experience.
