The Operator performs inspection and testing activities in accordance with work orders, applicable standards, and company procedures. The role involves supporting customer needs, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining productivity targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Destructive Testing activities according to certified qualifications.
- Execute inspection activities in compliance with technical standards, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Manage customer interactions and provide technical support during inspection activities.
- Prepare and issue inspection documentation and technical reports.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of assigned tests and projects.
- Maintain productivity levels established by the Site Manager.
- Keep technical knowledge up to date through continuous review of standards and procedures.
Requirements
- Technical Diploma or equivalent technical qualification.
- Ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and integrity.
- Adherence to TÜV SÜD Code of Ethics and professional standards.
