The Operator performs inspection and testing activities in accordance with work orders, applicable standards, and company procedures. The role involves supporting customer needs, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Destructive Testing activities according to certified qualifications.
  • Execute inspection activities in compliance with technical standards, procedures, and safety requirements.
  • Manage customer interactions and provide technical support during inspection activities.
  • Prepare and issue inspection documentation and technical reports.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of assigned tests and projects.
  • Maintain productivity levels established by the Site Manager.
  • Keep technical knowledge up to date through continuous review of standards and procedures.

Requirements

  • Technical Diploma or equivalent technical qualification.
  • Ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and integrity.
  • Adherence to TÜV SÜD Code of Ethics and professional standards.
