NDT Operator On Field (RT/RX) (m/f/d)

The NDT Operator On Field (RT/RX) is responsible for performing non-destructive testing activities on-site in accordance with work orders, applicable standards, safety requirements, and company procedures. The role supports customers during inspection activities, ensuring technical accuracy, quality of service, and timely project execution.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities, with a focus on Radiographic Testing (RT/RX), in accordance with certifications, procedures, and applicable standards.
  • Carry out inspections safely and efficiently at customer sites, ensuring compliance with quality and HSE requirements.
  • Support customers during inspection activities and maintain effective professional relationships.
  • Prepare and issue inspection records, technical documentation, and test reports.
  • Ensure the technical accuracy and integrity of assigned inspections and projects.
  • Contribute to achieving productivity and operational targets established by the Site Manager.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, procedures, and inspection techniques.

Requirements:

  • Technical Diploma or equivalent technical qualification.
  • Proven experience in Non-Destructive Testing within industrial environments.
  • Minimum ISO 9712 Level 2 certification in Visual Testing (VT) and Magnetic Particle Testing (MT/MPI).
  • RT/RX certification is considered a strong asset.
  • Availability to travel and perform field activities at customer sites.
  • Ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and integrity.
  • Adherence to TÜV SÜD Code of Ethics and professional standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional ISO 9712 certifications in NDT methods.
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation, or Industrial sectors.
  • Knowledge of international inspection codes and standards.
