Your Tasks
- Review and analyze a wide range of commercial agreements (e.g., NDAs, vendor contracts, terms & conditions, service agreements) to align with company policies and risk guidelines.
- Maintain contract repositories and tracking tools; monitor milestones, renewals, amendments, and expirations for assigned portfolios.
- Partner with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Sales, and Operations to address contracting needs; provide guidance on language and assist in negotiations under supervision.
- Identify legal and business risks in contract terms; recommend mitigations and ensure compliance with internal rules and approval matrices.
- Support implementation/optimization of contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and electronic signature workflows.
- Prepare summaries, redlines, and playbook-aligned fallback positions to improve velocity and consistency.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the end-to-end contract lifecycle.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance) or equivalent education.
- 2–4 years of experience in contracts administration, legal support, or a related field; CLM/e-signature experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; exposure to contract management software is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and a strong customer-service orientation.
What We Offer
The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000–$130,000. Final base pay depends on experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity.

- Work model: [On-site / Hybrid]; occasional cross-functional meetings may require limited travel.
