Your Tasks
• Coordinate and support factory inspection projects to ensure smooth execution and timely completion.
• Set up, maintain, and close projects in PSE; monitor reports from Business Warehouse / SAP systems.
• Work with engineers and inspectors to schedule and track factory inspections, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate project forecasts, documentation, and records in company systems and e-files.
• Assist with customer communication, project assignment, invoicing, and follow-up for billing or collections as required.
• Collaborate with TÜV SÜD offices worldwide to support certification issuance and information exchange.
• Enter purchase requisitions, manage document control, and ensure compliance with internal processes.
Your Qualifications
• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, customer service, or administrative support, preferably in a project-based or technical environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude, professionalism, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
