GMA Project Manager
Your Tasks
As a GMA Project Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing Global Market Access projects and supporting clients in navigating international regulatory and certification requirements. You will collaborate with internal teams, customers, certification bodies, and laboratories to ensure successful project execution and outstanding customer service.
- Manage Global Market Access (GMA) projects for strategic U.S.-based customers and their international operations.
- Serve as the primary customer contact, ensuring customer requirements, expectations, and project objectives are effectively communicated and achieved.
- Coordinate project activities with TÜV SÜD teams, certification bodies, and external laboratories to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Research, interpret, and communicate global regulatory requirements related to product safety, EMC, wireless technologies, energy efficiency, RoHS, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Support business development activities by assisting with quotations, participating in sales calls, and attending customer meetings.
- Conduct regular customer reviews and project status meetings to strengthen relationships, address concerns, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure customer commitments are met.
- Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned.
Your Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Global Market Access, regulatory compliance, testing, certification, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of international regulatory requirements and certification processes.
- Experience managing customer-facing projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting information virtually and in person.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Experience within the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry.
- Formal project management training or certification.
- Experience supporting business development, sales, or marketing activities.
- Experience working directly with testing laboratories, certification bodies, or regulatory agencies.
- Public speaking, customer presentation, or training experience.
- Experience supporting global customers and international certification projects.

Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $90,000 - $100,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.
