Global Market Access (GMA) Team Lead
Your Tasks
As the Global Market Access (GMA) Team Lead, you will lead a team of regulatory and market access professionals while ensuring the successful delivery of services for customers navigating global compliance requirements. This role combines leadership, project management, technical expertise, customer engagement, and business accountability to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Global Market Access professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Manage team resources and workloads to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with customer expectations and service level agreements.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer and project-related matters.
- Oversee Global Market Access projects for key customers, coordinating international certification and regulatory requirements.
- Research, interpret, and communicate global regulatory requirements related to product safety, EMC, wireless, energy efficiency, RoHS, and similar compliance frameworks.
- Monitor industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that impact global market access activities.
- Support business growth by collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams, participating in customer meetings, developing quotations, and identifying new opportunities.
- Maintain responsibility for team operational performance, financial results, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of Global Market Access experience within the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry.
- Strong understanding of global market access processes and international regulatory requirements.
- Experience managing customer-facing projects and regulatory compliance activities.
- Formal project management training or equivalent project leadership experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous people leadership or team management experience.
- Experience supporting business development, sales, or marketing initiatives.
- Experience managing budgets, financial performance, or profit and loss responsibilities.
- Knowledge of international certification requirements related to safety, EMC, wireless, energy efficiency, and environmental regulations.
- Experience working with global customers and cross-functional teams.

Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $115,000 - $120,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.
