Junior AI & Automation Engineer

Your Tasks

  • Design, develop, and maintain workflows and applications using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint.
  • Support the implementation of AI-driven solutions using Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Logic Apps, and related technologies.
  • Assist in the development and testing of AI copilots, chatbot solutions, and intelligent document processing capabilities.
  • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making and measure automation effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Ensure solutions align with company governance, security, compliance, and data protection standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and evaluating emerging technologies.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Understanding of automation concepts, workflows, and business process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, or Logic Apps.
  • Knowledge of Python, SQL, or other programming and scripting languages.
  • Familiarity with Power BI reporting and data visualization.
  • Exposure to AI, machine learning, large language models (LLMs), or intelligent automation solutions.
  • Knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, or data protection best practices.

Additional Information

  • The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $75,000- $95,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.
  • Location: Wakefield, Massachusetts (Hybrid Work Model).

  • Travel: Minimal travel may be required based on business needs.
