Your Tasks
- Coordinate daily operational needs of the Wakefield office, including reception, security, and visitor management.
- Organize and support internal meetings, corporate events, and town halls.
- Maintain vendor information and assist other U.S. sites with facility repairs, maintenance requests, and project coordination.
- Manage purchase orders, process invoices, and reconcile the Facilities department credit card.
- Provide administrative support to Executive Leadership as needed, including travel coordination.
- Serve as the Safety Team Lead for the Wakefield office, supporting workplace safety initiatives.
Your Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in office management, facilities coordination, or corporate administrative support
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- Clear and professional communication skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels
- Preferred:
- Experience with travel coordination, shared calendars, or executive support
- Prior experience managing external vendors or facility service providers

Additional Information

The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $65,000 - 75,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.
