Your Tasks
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement across the Americas region.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to implement people growth strategies.
- Analyze workforce trends and provide actionable insights to support talent development.
- Facilitate programs that promote learning, career progression, and organizational culture.
- Ensure alignment of regional initiatives with global HR standards and compliance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful employee programs.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of engagement and development initiatives.
Your Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR, talent development, or employee engagement roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work in a global, matrixed environment.
- Knowledge of HR systems and tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
- Project management experience and ability to drive initiatives to completion.
