Your Tasks

• Drive initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement across the Americas region.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to implement people growth strategies.
• Analyze workforce trends and provide actionable insights to support talent development.
• Facilitate programs that promote learning, career progression, and organizational culture.
• Ensure alignment of regional initiatives with global HR standards and compliance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful employee programs.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of engagement and development initiatives.

Your Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR, talent development, or employee engagement roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work in a global, matrixed environment.
• Knowledge of HR systems and tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
• Project management experience and ability to drive initiatives to completion.
