Tasks

Support end-to-end recruiting coordination activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding preparation.

Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and People Business Partners to ensure alignment with hiring priorities and timely execution of recruiting activities.

Initiate and manage requisition approval workflows and ensure accurate job posting and activation within the applicant tracking system.

Prepare, route, and track offer letters using system-based approval workflows, ensuring accuracy of compensation, start dates, and required documentation.

Initiate and monitor background checks and escalate issues in accordance with People governance and compliance requirements.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date data across People systems, including applicant tracking, workflow, onboarding, and invoicing platforms.

Support recruiting operations through reporting, metrics tracking, process improvement initiatives, and adoption of new systems and automation tools.
Qualifications
-
1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, People Operations, or HR support within a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Hands-on experience using an enterprise applicant tracking system (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse, or similar).

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.

Demonstrated professionalism and discretion when handling confidential candidate and employee information.

Comfort working with multiple systems and workflows, including onboarding platforms, background check portals, and finance or invoicing tools.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a broader People Team.

Technologically adept with an interest in process improvement, workflow optimization, and automation.

Additional Information

Pay Range: $24.04 – $28.85 per hour
Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements. -

High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
