Regional Head of CoE Total Rewards

Your Tasks

  • Lead the Americas Total Rewards Center of Excellence, partnering with HR Business Partners, Finance, and business leaders to develop and execute regional Total Rewards strategies aligned with global objectives.
  • Implement and operationalize global compensation frameworks, salary planning, incentive programs, and job grading while ensuring alignment with business goals and local market requirements.
  • Lead Total Rewards due diligence and integration activities for mergers and acquisitions, including harmonizing compensation and benefits programs across newly acquired organizations.
  • Oversee regional compensation strategy, salary benchmarking, market surveys, and pay recommendations to maintain competitive and equitable compensation practices.
  • Provide strategic leadership for global mobility, employee benefits, incentive programs, and employee well-being initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable U.S. and international compensation, benefits, and leave regulations while supporting policy development, HR systems, and data integrity.
  • Prepare and present executive-level reports, workforce analytics, and Total Rewards insights to support strategic decision-making across the Americas region.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.
  • Extensive experience leading compensation and Total Rewards programs within a multinational organization.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation strategy, salary administration, incentive programs, job evaluation methodologies, and market benchmarking.
  • Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, including Total Rewards due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
  • Comprehensive understanding of U.S. compensation and benefits regulations; experience supporting international Total Rewards programs is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, build cross-functional partnerships, and successfully lead complex initiatives in a global environment.

Additional Information

Location: Wakefield, MA (Hybrid work model)

The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $180,000 – $210,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements.
