Your Tasks:

 

As CMS / Web Experience Manager, you are responsible for building, maintaining, and optimising website pages within the company’s content management systems. Acting as a key interface between Marketing, SEO, and the Global Website Team, you drive efficient CMS workflows, enable localisation, and support the continuous improvement of website features and performance.

 

  • Webpage Creation & Optimisation: Create and optimise webpages based on input from Marketing Business Partners and SEO. Ensure high performance, SEO compliance, and a seamless user experience across all devices. Manage localisation and maintain a consistent URL and page structure.
  • Content Management & Governance: Apply and further develop CMS templates, components, and layouts in line with brand and business objectives. Manage CMS user rights, onboarding, and publishing governance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing Business Partners, Content Experts, and the Global Website Team to ensure content reflects current campaigns and aligns with the overall website strategy.
  • System Support & Consulting: Provide 1st- and 2nd-level Intershop support and Sitecore consulting in collaboration with the Global Website Team.
  • Preparation of regular reports: Monitor organic metrics and technical KPIs, and derive well-founded recommendations for action.

 

Your Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate expertise in editorial management, web content development, and SEO.
  • In-depth knowledge of conducting UAT (user acceptance testing) and quality assurance.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce mechanisms, pricing, content, conversion optimization, and audience analytics. Agency background preferred.
  • Global mindset and flexibility to work in different cultural contexts.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail. Experience in different market segments and industries preferred.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (Intershop preferred) and analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for UX and User Journey topics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Business-fluent English, both written and spoken.
