Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung eines Projektes in Zusammenarbeit mit der Niederlassungsleitung, Fachabteilungen und externen Dienstleistern (u.a. Angebotseinholung, Ansprechpartner für Dienstleister, Controlling Meilensteinplan, Daten-/ Inventardokumentation)
• Vertriebsunterstützung (u.a. Organisation Kundenveranstaltung, Besuch von Messen)
• Mitarbeit an administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft (u.a. Erstellung Präsentationsunterlagen)

Qualifikation

• Immatrikulierte*r Student*in im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaft, Ingenieurwissenschaft, Immobilien oder vergleichbarer Studiengang
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Projekte, Organisation, Kundenservice oder in einer kaufmännischen Tätigkeit
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine freundliche und professionelle Ausdrucksweise
• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und Interesse an digitalen Tools
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift
