Client Account Processing Administrator

Your Tasks

  • Provide administrative support to Engineers, Account Servicing Teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Pre-populate report packages and prepare documentation for upcoming inspections.
  • Conduct quality checks on reports and project documents prior to client distribution.
  • Follow up internally on outstanding reports and ensure timely completion from field staff and reviewers.
  • Update Account Service Instructions and ensure client requirements and distribution details remain current.
  • Provide external client support, including report updates, inquiries, and project coordination when needed.
  • Manage data entry related to inspection close-out (dates, contacts, documentation).

Your Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple detailed tasks.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to coordinate effectively across groups.
  • Preferred
    • College degree preferred but not required.
    • Willingness to grow and take on expanded coordinating responsibilities.

Additional Information

  • The anticipated hourly base pay range for this full-time position is $25/hour- $26/hour. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.
  • Standard office-based work environment involving extended periods of computer and phone use.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as business needs evolve.
