Your Tasks

  • Help document business, functional, and non-functional requirements, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

  • Analyze current business processes and workflows, identify inefficiencies, and help document future-state processes that support application modernization and Microsoft Azure initiatives.

  • Support cloud migration and application modernization projects, including application discovery, requirements analysis, migration readiness, and post-implementation activities.

  • Collaborate with product owners and development teams to maintain product backlogs, refine user stories, track dependencies, and participate in Agile ceremonies.

  • Coordinate with developers, UX/UI designers, infrastructure teams, security teams, and other technical partners to ensure proposed solutions align with business requirements.

  • Assist with data analysis, data mapping, reporting requirements, dashboards, data validation, and migration activities.

  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), including developing test scenarios, documenting results, tracking defects, and validating delivered functionality.

  • Prepare process documentation, user guides, training materials, release communications, and other resources to support implementation and user adoption.

  • Participate in stakeholder meetings, document decisions and action items, and communicate project updates, risks, and outstanding requirements.

  • Support business process improvements, automation initiatives, and the responsible use of approved AI-assisted tools.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation while following organizational standards for data protection, cybersecurity, compliance, and change management.

  • Provide operational and backup support for designated business activities and assist with other assigned projects.

  • Interest in AI-assisted development, automation, and emerging technologies, with a willingness to use approved AI tools responsibly.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
