Manager Software Development Manager

Your Tasks

  • Lead and develop a team of software engineers with a focus on accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive a product-oriented approach and oversee the full software development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with GRC business leaders to define and evolve product roadmaps.
  • Promote innovation, including AI, automation, and rapid prototyping initiatives.
  • Support cloud transformation and adoption of Microsoft Azure.
  • Ensure delivery excellence through Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Manage vendor relationships and optimize resource allocation.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 8–10+ years of experience in professional software development.
  • Minimum 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
  • Strong understanding of .NET technologies and modern web frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines).
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities and a product‑focused mindset.
  • Proven ability to drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Additional Information

  • The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $160,000 - 175,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.
