Working Student Product Enablement & Communication - Data Analytics & AI (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Working Student – Product Communication & Documentation to support an interdisciplinary team developing innovative Generative AI–based products. In this role, you will contribute to clear, structured, and user-focused communication by creating documentation, training materials, release notes, and user-facing content. You will also support user feedback initiatives and help ensure that product updates and changes are communicated effectively across the organization. You will play a critical role in establishing next-generation solutions that bring tangible business value to TÜV SÜD, thus shaping the implementation of our long-term digital strategy.

 

Tasks

  • Design, conduct, and evaluate user surveys and feedback initiatives, including structured analysis and documentation of results
  • Create, maintain, and continuously update user manuals, training materials, and supporting documentation for digital products
  • Develop newsletter content (text and visuals) to communicate product updates, releases, and changes to users
  • Maintain and improve a central information site, ensuring content quality and accessibility, and prepare clear, user-friendly release notes
  • Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team working on innovative AI and Generative AI (GenAI)–based products (e.g. manual testing, example data generation)

 

Qualification

  • Enrolled university student (e.g., Media Studies, UX, Communications, Business Informatics, or a related field)
  • Strong sense for design and visual presentation of information, with the ability to translate complex content into clear, user-friendly layouts and visuals (e.g., for documentation, training materials, or newsletters)
  • Confident user of Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); initial experience with SharePoint or collaboration platforms is a plus
  • Structured, reliable, and self-driven working style, with a strong interest in digital products, AI, and user-centric design
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English language
