Your Tasks
• Support the Workstream Lead in the administration of the global implementation of the SuccessFactors Recruiting module
• Maintain project documentation, track milestones, and prepare status reports
• Assist with coordination of resources, scheduling tasks, and monitoring progress against project deadlines
• Support testing activities and help track issues, improvements, and action items
• Review and analyze project data, reports, and system outputs
• Contribute to change management activities, including communication and training support
Your Qualifications
• Enrolled student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with strong interest in HR Systems and Talent Acquisition
• Data analysis skills and affinity for digital tools and systems
• Structured, self-organized, and customer-oriented working style
• High level of personal responsibility and solution-oriented mindset
• Interest in working with diverse cultures in a global organization
• Strong communication skills and advanced English proficiency

As a Working Student in the People Transformation Office you will support the global implementation of a new HR system for Recruiting (SuccessFactors). Working closely with the Workstream Lead, you will gain hands-on experience in HR projects, digital transformation coordination, and stakeholder collaboration in an international environment.in an international environment.
