I.     Position Summary

This role leads the R&D, promotion and delivery of information security & cybersecurity training and consulting products/solutions for Academy Greater China, focusing on key client development, market expansion and professional capability building to meet the business and profit targets of the field.

II.     Job Responsibilities

1. Product & Business Development (30%)

1. • Develop targeted info security & cybersecurity training courses and consulting solutions based on international standards and market demands.
   • Develop and maintain key clients, expand business share, and support the sales team to achieve order targets.
   • Collect competitor and market information, and optimize product and business strategies accordingly.
   • Recruit and manage external info security experts/trainers to build a professional resource pool.

2. Project Management & Delivery (40%)

2. • Lead info security & cybersecurity project delivery as section owner, formulate plans, coordinate resources and track progress to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
   • Provide professional technical consulting and training services as a technical expert, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
   • Summarize project experience and feedback to drive product iteration and optimization.

3. Capability & Knowledge Management (20%)

3. • Build the local professional competence of info security & cybersecurity, and introduce international advanced standards and experience.
   • Organize internal knowledge sharing and establish standardized working procedures for the business.

4. Other Duties (10%)

4. • Cooperate with cross-departmental/global teams to promote business development, and complete other assigned tasks.

III.     Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Security, Network Engineering or related majors; doctor/master degree is preferred.
• Rich experience in info security & cybersecurity field, with proven track record in product R&D, consulting project management and key client development.
• Profound understanding of international info security standards (ISO27001/27701, etc.) and industry best practices.
• Excellent Chinese & English communication skills, strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
• Strong self-learning and innovation ability, able to keep up with the latest tech and market trends in the field.
• Good teamwork spirit and ability to adapt to frequent business travels in China.
