此岗位负责电子电气部家电业务线的KA,销售客户支持工作。
I. Position Summary
The incumbent is responsible for providing comprehensive sales support by managing the enquiry-to-quotation process. This role ensures seamless project execution, accurate data management for performance evaluation, and effective customer relationship support. By facilitating cross‑departmental collaboration, the incumbent helps maintain high service quality, control business risk, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the sales team.
II. Job Responsibilities
- Enquiry/Quotation/Project Handling (50%)
a. Issue accurate quotations in a timely manner and follow up on project status from quotation through to sample and payment stages.
b. Manage client folders and database; ensure all records are correctly maintained to guarantee the accuracy of sales performance evaluation.
c. Assist with documentation tasks and sales team activities to ensure smooth administrative operations; control risk associated with new clients.
d. Coordinate with engineering, customer service, and project teams to organize and monitor project schedules from enquiry to final report/certification delivery; no complaint event.
- Act as a liaison between sales, customer service, and engineering teams to ensure clear communication, timely issue resolution, and alignment on testing schemes, project timelines, and client requirements. (10%)
- Develop general and technical knowledge by actively participating in training, discussion and meetings; (10%)
- Inform superior if any problems occur, making it not possible to reach the target as set out in the job description or performance planning; (10%)
- Motivation to continually learn and take on added responsibilities and challenges while maintain a positive attitude; (10%)
- Perform other duties assigned by reporting Manager. (10%)
III. Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above;
- At least 2 year working experience in relevant position is preferred;
- Strong capabilities in MS power point, Excel and Word;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Customer-oriented and able to work independently;
- Self-motivated, determined working ethos and have a mind-set of team work;
- Fluent in written and oral English & Chinese.
