Position Summary:

This position is responsible for the overall organizational planning and integrated coordination of the Giga‑factory compliance and risk‑control project, covering the full lifecycle from facility design, government approval, construction, equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, acceptance, through to operational compliance.

The role establishes a systematic governance framework to ensure regulatory compliance, risk identification, technical assessment, testing and validation, site safety management, and operational integrity throughout all phases of the project. It ensures that every stage—from master planning to full‑scale operation—meets international standards, industry regulations, and client requirements, thereby achieving a controlled, transparent, and traceable compliance and risk‑management lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage compliance and risk control across the full lifecycle of the Giga‑factory (design → approval → construction → procurement → installation → commissioning → acceptance → operation);

2. Establish and maintain compliance governance, workflows, and documentation;

3. Conduct regulatory review, technical assessment, testing, and safety compliance checks;

4. Oversee compliance during construction and installation and support commissioning and acceptance;

5. Coordinate Chinese stakeholders and foreign teams to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration;

6. Prepare compliance/risk reports and track issue resolution;

7. Promote continuous improvement in compliance and risk‑control practices.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above; major in Automation, Engineering, Safety or other related subject;

2. Experience in compliance, risk control, engineering project management, or large industrial facility projects;

3. Strong organizational and planning capability. Clear communication, cross‑cultural coordination, and issue‑resolution skills. Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and ability to work under pressure;

4. Proficiency in English and Chinese for technical communication and documentation;

5. Solid understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks and risk‑control principles;

6. Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;

7. Respect and safeguard company’s image, reputation and benefit;

8. Willingness to travel and work onsite depending on project needs;

9. High sense of responsibility, integrity, and professional discipline.
