I. Position Summary
This position is responsible for reimbursement expenses checking and booking, overseas and domestic bank payment and booking, etc.
II. Job Responsibilities
- Prepare overseas and domestic bank payment (10%)
- Review overseas and domestic invoices, posting IC invoices (20%)
- Check and book reimbursement expenses (30%)
- Make IC reconciliation (10%)
- Make Bank Reconciliation (5%)
- Deal with overseas payment related tax claim and other tax affairs (20%)
- Fulfill other task assigned by reporting manager (5%)
III. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or above), Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years accounting experience.
- Accountant certificate (first level or above) is preferred.
- Working experience in foreign company is preferred.
- Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures, and instructions.
- Respect and safeguard company’s image, reputation, and benefit.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure.
- Good computer skill, fluent in English, good command of German is preferred.
- Physical condition allows normal working, stable output and business trip as required.
