I.      Position Summary

This position is responsible for:

1. 1. Help section manager conducting the team operation.
   2. Assigning and handling projects.
   3. Conducting Wuxi chemical lab operation.

4.   Technical supporting to sales and customer for business development.

II.      Job Responsibilities (starting from verbs, with % of time spent on specific tasks)

1. Conducting the team operation:  20(%)
2. Project management:  50(%)
3. Chemical lab operation: 15 (%)
4. Technical supporting:  15(%)

People Manager Responsibilities (%)

1. Be responsible for assigning and handling projects according to internal and external requirements, standards and regulations;
2. Review contract and projects;
3. Perform factory inspection;
4. Communicate in courteous and effective manner with colleagues and customers in all circumstances including answering technical queries, explaining technical points and providing the expert’s opinions;
5. Share, exchange experience / standards / technical information with other colleagues;
6. Self study new standards, knowledge database of intranet;
7. With authorization / appointment / contract from TÜV SÜD, fulfill relevant technical responsibilities;
8. Perform other duties assigned by Department Manager;

III.      Job Requirements (knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, etc.)

1. Bachelor degree or above; major in Chemistry or other related subject;
2. At least 5years working experience in electrical or other related field; previous experience in test is preferred;
3. Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;
4. Respect and safeguard company’s image, reputation and benefit;
5. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
7. Can work independently and efficiently;  can work under pressure;
8. Good computer skill;
9. Good command of English;

Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required;
