NDT Inspector

 Your Tasks 

  • Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) using various methods such as PAUT, UT, RT, MPI, and PT/DPT. 

  • Interpret and evaluate test results to ensure the integrity of materials and components. 

  • Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation of all test results. 

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve issues identified during inspections. 

  • Ensure strict compliance with ASME, API, AWS codes and other industry standards. 

  • Maintain, calibrate, and operate NDT equipment for accurate and reliable testing. 

  • Control radiation areas and ensure proper safety protocols are followed. 

  • Participate actively in safety and quality assurance programs to promote safe working practices. 

  • Mentor and train junior technicians/assistants when required. 

Your Qualifications 

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (relevant discipline). 

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on NDT experience. 

  • Valid Level II or III certifications as per job requirements. 

  • Mandatory expertise in PAUT, UT, MPI, DPT, and RT. 

  • Proficiency in handling NDT tools and equipment: ultrasonic, radiographic (X-ray/Gamma ray), magnetic particle, liquid penetrant kits, phased array, PPE, calibration tools, and reporting software. 

  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. 

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
