Your Tasks
-
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for third-party inspection, NDT, QA/QC, pressure vessel inspection, lifting equipment inspection, and related industrial services within assigned territories.

Promote the company’s industrial services portfolio through client meetings, technical presentations, seminars, tenders, and site visits to EPC contractors, asset owners, OEMs, and service companies.

Understand client technical and commercial requirements by reviewing specifications, standards, and scopes of work, and coordinate with technical and operations teams to prepare compliant technical and commercial proposals.

Follow up on quotations and tenders, negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines, and convert opportunities into purchase orders and long-term service agreements.

Maintain and develop relationships with existing key accounts, monitor customer satisfaction, and proactively identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across inspection, NDT, certification, and calibration services.

Conduct structured market research to identify target industries, analyze competitors and pricing, and support management in defining and refining sales strategies.

Coordinate closely with operations, project management, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of awarded projects, including resource planning, mobilization, and invoicing follow-up.

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, quotations, contracts, and customer interactions in the CRM/ERP system, and prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports.

Support marketing and business development initiatives such as exhibitions, conferences, digital campaigns, and preparation of technical brochures and case studies related to NDT and industrial inspection services.

Ensure all sales activities comply with applicable standards, client HSE requirements, and company policies, while promoting a strong safety and quality culture when dealing with industrial sites.
Your Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline; a technical diploma combined with strong relevant field experience may be considered.

3–7 years of proven experience in technical sales or business development within third-party inspection, NDT, industrial services, or closely related sectors.

Solid knowledge of NDT methods (UT, RT, MT, PT, VT, PAUT) and industrial inspection services, with exposure to international codes and standards such as ASME, API, and ISO.

Experience working with industrial clients in oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, manufacturing, or construction environments.

Good understanding of tendering processes, frame agreements, and service contracts with EPCs, asset owners, and major industrial operators.

Proficiency in MS Office and experience using CRM or ERP systems to manage sales pipelines and opportunities.
